Meet Lisa Hatton Harrington
Lisa Hatton Harrington is a seasoned board director with extensive experience across multiple sectors. She serves on the boards of Slam Corporation and USC Law School, in addition to holding roles such as assistant corporate secretary for a public healthcare company and fractional general counsel and consultant for various private companies and non-profits. Lisa is also actively involved in academia, teaching Corporate Governance and also Executive Presence and Leadership Development at the Wharton School of Business and serving as an adjunct professor at UCI Law School. Her impressive career includes leadership positions at Viant Technology and Niagen Bioscience, as well as significant roles at Cooley LLP and various notable companies like ASICS and NBCUniversal/Comcast. Lisa earned her B.A. from UCLA and her J.D. from USC Gould School of Law, and has been recognized for her contributions with nominations for several prestigious legal awards.
